How To Choose What You Want To Achieve

Adding something new to your daily routine can sometimes be difficult however I have put together a little list to give you some ideas to get started with. Have a look at my earlier post 6 Wellness Tips For Your Perfect Morning Routine  to add these ideas to your morning routine.

The best advice I have ever been given is just to add one or two things at first and slowly add more and more. That way you don’t feel defeated when you sleep in or make a mistake on your path to a healthier lifestyle.


  • Say an affirmation in the mirror to yourself in the morning
  • Meditate
  • Read 5 more pages of your latest book
  • Read the latest post on your favourite blog
  • Write down 2 things you are grateful for


  • Eat a healthy breakfast
  • Do a light yoga workout
  • Drink a glass of water with lemon (cold or hot)
  • Pack your food for the day


  • Start a new skin care routine
  • Make your bed
  • Check your weekly planner
  • Write a to do list


  • Light a candle
  • Have a bath
  • Do something you enjoy but never have time to do
  • Workout
  • Plan your next date night
  • Catch up with a friend or family member that you haven’t seen in a while

You can choose to do these things daily, weekly or monthly its completely up to you, it is your life! By making these changes you are not only going to make yourself happier but also the people around you. Just watch, having a happy healthy lifestyle will not just effect you but also the people surrounding you in a great positive way.
